How to drain your ear with hydrogen peroxide. Administer the instructed number of drops into your ear canal and fill it with fluid. Keep still for 5 minutes. Gently pull on your earlobe. Sit up after 5 minutes and blot the outer ear with a tissue to absorb any liquid that comes.

Draw up 1 3ml of 3 hydrogen peroxide solution with the dropper and drip it into your ear canal. Wait for the ear to stop bubbling. Pour the hydrogen peroxide in your first ear and be careful not to overfill it. Drip 1 3ml of 3 hydrogen peroxide into your ear.

You can choose to rinse the ear with water. Tip your head to one side to help water drain. Leave for 10 15 seconds then tilt your head to the other side to allow the hydrogen peroxide solution to drain out from the ear. Dont stick the cloth into the canal.

One ear should face up. Let the solution stay in place with your ear still turned up for 3 5 minutes. You may hear and feel some fizzing which is perfectly normal. Though it may feel a little ticklish try to relax.

Using a cotton swab gently remove any excess earwax from the outer ear. Get the cup and put the rim beneath your earlobe slowly sit up to drain your ear. Hydrogen peroxide solutions can help clear debris and earwax which may be trapping water in your ear. Dry your outer ear with a soft towel or cloth.
